公共工程金質獎 新北五連霸

由行政院公共工程委員會舉辦的「第十五屆公共工程金質獎」日昨舉行頒獎典禮，新北市政府五連霸蟬聯全國地方政府獲獎數之冠，今年總計贏得四個獎項，分別是工務局新社后橋優等獎，新五泰國民運動中心、消防局瑞亭分隊新建工程兩個佳作獎，採購處長胡培中則榮獲個人貢獻獎，胡處長是唯一地方政府得獎的，本次也是自朱立倫市長上任以來，連續五年穩坐得獎數最多的地方政府。

頒獎典禮在行政院公共工程委員會舉行，由工程會主委許俊益主持，工務局長朱惕之、新工處長詹榮鋒代表工務局領取獎項。

一向被視為「工程界奧斯卡獎」的公共工程金質獎，是工程界的最高榮譽，能夠贏得金質獎評審的嚴格考核與檢驗，堪稱公共工程界的典範，不僅對公共工程品質的肯定，也是對施工團隊及個人最大的鼓勵與榮耀。

今年舉辦的第十五屆公共工程金質獎，經過激烈競爭，新北市政府在三十件得獎工程中囊括三件，市府採購處長胡培中則榮獲個人貢獻優等獎的殊榮，是地方政府唯一得獎者，總計新北市政府贏得四個獎項，也是得獎數最多的地方政府，已連續五年蟬連第一。

一○四年獲獎工程內容摘要如下：優等獎【新社后橋捷運共構工程（福德一路至工建路段）】：全長一六一公尺，為全台首座雙層鋼桁架跨河景觀橋梁，同時也是目前國內跨度最大的「捷運與公路共構」橋梁。

佳作獎【新北市新五泰國民運動中心興建統包工程】：藉由建築物配置，創造三個不同主題的都市廣場，以提供市民多樣化的公共空間，另留設一個挑高七.五M的半戶外空間供社區居民使用，豐富社區活動。本案規劃的環場步道串連鄰近仁愛公園，延續都市空間的連續性。透過活潑的外觀設計及配色，展現健康、樂活的意象。綠蔭走廊、透水鋪面廣場、複層綠化植栽、綠屋頂（綠地面積達十五％以上）等綠建築措施，亦獲得鑽石級綠建築。

佳作獎【瑞亭分隊新建工程】：瑞亭消防分隊原租賃老舊民宅及車庫，除市民洽公環境不佳外，且無法容納高效能之大型救災車輛，經協調價購臺灣鐵路管理局國有土地，以活化空間，符合瑞芳區市民期待，更可提高觀光區域之救災救護效能，服務瑞芳、九份、平溪及汐止地區，提升本市整體災害防救效率，另本建築物朝生態、節能、減碳及健康原則，依綠建築取向進行設計，以達省能源、省資源、低汙染之綠建築，建構舒適、健康、環保之辦公環境，堪為四腳亭地區新地標。

新北市政府歷年來主辦的公共工程獲得金質獎肯定，成果相當耀眼，其中一○一年推薦六件獲獎四件（優等一件、佳作三件）；一○二年度推薦三件獲獎三特優一件、優等一件、佳作二件）；一○四年度推薦四件獲獎三件（優等一件、佳作二件）。
